Orders typically ship within 1 business day (orders placed Monday will ship by Tuesday, orders placed Friday or over the weekend will ship by Monday). You'll be provided with a tracking number as soon as it's available.
Our shipments typically ship from our retail store (Maryland) or our distribution centers (several throughout the US). Orders shipping from our retail store will ship via UPS or USPS, orders from our distribution centers will be from a variety of carriers (sorry, we cannot specify carriers from our distribution centers). Please consider a transit time of 1-3 business days after your order ships, to appropriately set the delivery expectation.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Our goal is to ensure your satisfactions with everything you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us so that we have the opportunity to correct the issue. Returns within 30 days of purchase are allowed - with prior approval required. Contact us with your request to return, and provide: your name/email address/or phone #, the item #, order#, date, and reason for return. Returns without prior approval will not be credited, no exceptions. Approved returns will be credited to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned product (must be in new condition). Sorry, we cannot refund freight charges. No credit will be issued for damage due to abuse, or misuse of intended product.
Order Cancellation: If you have placed an order and decide you no longer want the goods, we will do our best to stop the shipment before you incur shipping charges. Orders that are stopped before shipping will incur no expense. If, however, we are not able to stop the order before it ships, you will be charged for the freight expenses.
